If only I could have made this show...

Jay-Z and Phish, you don't get that everyday. Oh well, but I'm pretty excited that Phish is getting back together (although it makes that 26 mile walk I made on the way to their so-called "last show ever" less meaningful)... maybe after I get that playa hatin' degree this summer, I could go to some shows.

  1. So, you walked a marathon to see Phish, and yet you think it was meaningless? How could you say that?

  2. I said "less meaningful" - not meaningless - can't you read, not Jeff, I wish anonymous would come back.

  3. Hey, Anonymous: Fuck off, and quit trying to steal my identity. It's quite obvious that MXH was referring to myself, and not your pathetic whining ass.

Anyway, back to the issue at hand. After thinking a bit more about it, I guess I do understand MXH's original description of the "final" show(s) as less meaningful, in light of the band's imminent return.

Still, it was definitely fun. Remember how we randomly caught a ride after the show, and then barely found the car on the way back, by using the electronic key alarm?

  4. Anonymous! Welcome back (although, now I kind of miss not Jeff). Coventry definitely was quite an experience. I remember the (life-saving) ride from those random strangers, but I don't remember how the hell we made it from Vermont back to Maryland in time to catch our flights.
